beau+franks is part of a family owned business specialising in healthy refined sugar free, gluten free, dairy free treats for today’s busy lifestyle.
Branching out from the Little Fork Collective Healthy Meal Plans in 2018/19 beau+franks is the brainchild of Amanda “Lucy” Bartlett whose passion for food extends back to the days of cooking in her Nana Gwen’s kitchen on the North Shore of Auckland in the late 80’s.
This passion grew to become an accredited Chef at the Cordon Bleu School in Sydney, before operating as an Executive Corporate Chef and traveling the world cooking in Spain & on superyachts.
Amanda’s passion for healthy alternatives to the growing trend in heavily processed foods saw her establish the Little Fork Collective brand providing today’s busy mums and dads with healthy meal options.
Today Little Fork Collective services hundreds of families and businesses every month offering delicious, healthy portioned controlled meals that satisfy the most insatiable appetites.
