A: Your orders are delivered fresh on Wednesday’s by courier in insulated packaging with ice packs (when necessary) these stay cold for approx 6 hours from delivery. Our delivery vans are also refrigerated so your order stays at a refrigerated temperature until you receive it.
Please transfer your order to the fridge or freezer as soon as possible.
Please make sure orders are placed by 5pm Friday for Wednesday pick up or delivery.
Q: Where and when do you deliver?
A: We deliver using refrigerated transport on Wednesday between 7am- 5pm to the following areas: Williamstown, Williamstown North, Newport, Altona, Altona North, Spotswood, Yarraville, Kensington, Seddon, Footscray, West Footscray, Flemington, Ascot Vale & Essendon.
Unfortunately we are unable to meet specific delivery-time requests.

Q: Can I Pick Up?
A: Yes! Pick up is available from: 2/30 Bentley Street, Williamstown North Wednesday & Friday between 9am – 5pm (please specify your preferred pick up time) We accept cash & card
Q: Do I have to be at home to accept my delivery?
A: No. You don’t need to be at home to accept your delivery, we package your orders in insulated boxes, and that will stay chilled for approx. 6 hours.
